Royal Oak Beaumont to use $1.5M gift to open elderly care center
Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak will use a $1.5 million gift to help open a 24-bed acute care center for the elderly next year.
Henrietta and Alvin Weisberg of Bloomfield Hills have given money to Beaumont Health System to establish the Henrietta & Alvin Weisberg Center for Acute Care of the Elderly on the ninth floor of the hospital’s north tower, Beaumont announced this week.
