Mediate Michigan

Fees for mediation services are due and payable at the end of each session. Each party is generally responsible for one-half of the fee due (ie. If the session was 1 hour at $175.00 the total fee would be $175.00. Each party would be responsible for $87.50). A deposit may be requested prior to the start of mediation. Each party would also be responsible for one-half of any deposit. Parties should be prepared to pay for each session when they arrive for mediation.
