Judge will consider change in custody for father in e-mail snooping dispute
A judge said he would take under advisement a request to set aside a divorce judgment regarding child custody, parenting time and support in a case involving two people who have been in the news over alleged e-mail snooping.
Leon Walker, a Rochester Hills resident, wants sole custody of his 3-year-old daughter. A divorce judgment entered in December divides parenting time between him and his now ex-wife, Clara Walker, with the mother getting more parenting time.
