New York mediation lawyer Explains: Divorce Mediation

Divorce mediation to many seems like a complex process; however, it is increasingly becoming a preferred method of reaching agreements after making the decision to separate or divorce. In addition to being more cost-efficient, the process allows parties to make mutual decisions for the benefit of all involved, as opposed to litigation in which important life decisions are primarily determined by a court.
