In the article Tucson family law attorney Steve Centuori notes: “The two main reasons for divorce are finances and personal differences; finances being the top reason.”

Many of his clients are signing up for mediation or counseling instead of rushing to divorce court.

“There’s a lot of collaborating going on,” he said. “Especially when there’s a business involved.”

The article further notes that although divorce filings are down requests for mediation are up.
